Nalichniki on wooden house with little wooden slabs
Once in Tyumen I found myself standing in front of a wooden house with its front wall imitating a brick..
This photo was taken in Tula, yet those who made it seemed to have been use the same method; these checks look rather unusual, don’t they? Though I wonder what was the reason for choosing this pattern.

Alas, like many other its brothers in Tula, this one looks rather negligent, untidy and abandoned.

Peering into its details is even more fascinating: how much time is ahead for them? Have they survived through three and a half years since I had photographed  them?
